FOR NEW OR FRESHLY FILLED POOLS:

Use 10lbs. per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Check total alkalinity using a 4-way test kit and adjust to 80 – 120 PPM as required.

FOR ROUTINE USE:

1lb will raise total alkalinity 12 PPM in 10,000 gallons of pool water. Check alkalinity level using a 4-way test kit or bring a sample of pool water to a pool supply store in your area.
